I reserve the right to turn down commissions for any reason.1. Please review my artwork before deciding to commission me.
Please make sure you know what you’re getting. I am not an epic artist and can’t draw everything, but I will try my best to give you what you want.2. I reserve the right to post your commission on my social media platforms.
Commissions will be uploaded to my social media, unless the client requests that I not post the commission.3. The Client may post commissioned artwork, provided it is accompanied by proper credit.
If the client chooses to post the artwork, I must be informed and given proper credit with a working link back to my social media. I created the artwork. It doesn’t matter if it’s a client’s character. I am the one who put the time and effort into making the piece.4. Image Usage. My artwork is for Personal use only. It cannot be used for commercial purposes, such as NFTs or AI generation.5. I accept payment through Ko-fi (PayPal). All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). After discussing the commission, I require full payment upfront.6. If I am unable to complete a commission for any reason, I will provide a full refund. If the client is not satisfied with a finished commission, I will refund half the cost. This means we will discuss it first. I will always provide first sketches and progress on all commissions. There will be numerous opportunities to request work-in-progress (WIP) updates, and I will address issues to the client’s satisfaction. Because of this, I will Not redo an entire piece once it’s finished. The time between starting and finishing the commission is sufficient to request changes or fixes. I have a right to be paid for the work I put in.7. Watermarks.
All my artwork will come with a digital watermark, which must not be removed under any circumstances. I have a right to be credited for my work, regardless of whether it’s a client’s character or not.8. How long does it take to complete a commission?
Depending on the commission, it can take a few days to a week or more. I will always inform the client of delays. However, keep in mind that I work a full-time day job and have a life outside of drawing. Lastly, pestering for updates will not be tolerated.9. I WILL Draw: OC’s & FC’s, Humans/Humanoid, Animals/Furry, Mechs/Robots, Sexual Themes (+18 humour), Violence, Gore/Blood.10. I Will NOT Draw: Children/Babies, Feathered Wings, Racism/Hate/Politics, Fetishes(Vore, Inflation, Scat, etc), Explicit NSFW, Copyrighted characters, Real-life people, and Pairings/Shippings with Real-life persons or copyrighted characters.
